The project “E-LEARNING TO LIVE IN A DYNAMIC EUROPE” has as main objective supporting the persons benefiting from a second chance of education-formation for the development of transversal competences achieved through E-learning, in order to facilitate their adapting at a continuously changing society and the working market requirements.
The project proposes an opening to innovation, creativity and diversity to the participants, representing an nonformal framework for the education of the European citizen today, with the purpose of having him adapted to the requirements on the work market.
Since the project refers to e-learning, offering the participants novel ways to communicate and debate is one of the objectives. Besides developing inter-relationship or virtual communication competences, we wish to develop functional competences: organising, self-management, contracting abilities, processing and contextually using information.
Generally, the project wants to develop daily life competences, which the formal education place on a second plan for finalities.
Thus, the project completes the formal education, being a way of personal development for adult learners.
For the achievement of the objectives we will organize IT courses, online training of intercultural communication, European mobility training, workshops of economic and contracting education.
